Yes, people: tomorrow, 22nd September 2010, I turn 18.

Birthdays seem to be the best time of every person's life. It comes round once a year (once every 4 years for those born on February 29th, which amuses me every time), and you get the feeling that the day is all about YOU. Yeah, YOU.
So what will I be doing for my birthday tomorrow? Well, nothing much, actually.
So far, nothing's planned for my birthday. It's gonna be normal: eat, drink and be merry. And get in shape with gym too.
Anyways, talking about birthdays: this is like a pivotal point for me, and maybe a pivotal point for all 17-year-olds. It's the transitional stage from being a quirky 17-year-old to a more mature 18-year-old. No more NC16 movies; M18 movies are the "in" thing now! (Well, that does not mean you can't watch the occasional PG animated flick, right?)
Oh, and most people go clubbing for their 18th birthdays. For me I think, "Really?" I would if I could, but I don't drink, 'cause I'm still underage and I have no idea what the taste of vodka, gin or whiskey is like.
Backtrack a little bit: birthdays are days where you should appreciate yourself, 'cause you were brought to this world on this day n years ago, and you have grown over the years, from your little toddler days where you learn how to walk, to the happy-go-lucky primary school days and the more socially-awkward secondary school days. And now you are studying in a JC/Poly/ITE as a confident 17-year-old who will soon be a more confident 18-year-old. Oh, and appreciate those around you: family, friends, fans, colleagues, fellow students, church people and among things. They were the ones who have seen you grow up and have grown along the way.
So, to those who are celebrating my birthday along with me: HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
And to close, I would like to show you my SUPER-TOP-SECRET BIRTHDAY WISH LIST! Hehe.
